Fritzie has years of experience in the IT industry. Twelve of these years have been working to develop training programs for Haitian government officials, students and professionals. Many of these training programs were e-learning solutions.

Throughout her 35 year teaching career Marilyn taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades as well as the Gifted and Talented students, becoming the Computer Lab Teacher. In 1994, she was challenged to set up the first computer lab and manage the school’s website.
